1. Service Overview Marlink.ro’s service provides digital solutions such as Unity Assets through Doozy Entertainment and mobile applications under Marlink Technologies for informational purposes and is not intended as a substitute for professional advice where applicable.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet these requirements, agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and accept these Terms.

3. Accounts Account registration requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at office@marlink.ro if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments Certain features of the Service, such as purchasing Unity Assets or mobile applications, may require payment. All fees are non-refundable and will be clearly communicated before you incur any charges. Prices and fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Licenses You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to access and use the Service. This license does not include any right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
